Some artworks are unique and cannot be replaced once sold.

Payment must be received in full before dispatch.

 

6.ORDER ACCEPTANCE

A contract is formed only when we confirm your order by email.

We reserve the right to cancel orders due to errors or suspected fraud.

 

7.DELIVERY AND SHIPPING

Orders will be processed and dispatched within up to fourteen (14) days from order confirmation.

Delivery times are estimates only.

Shipping costs are calculated and added at checkout.

Items must be returned in original condition.

Custom or commissioned artwork is non-refundable.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving returned goods.

If goods arrive damaged, contact us within 48 hours with evidence.

You may be entitled to a replacement or refund.

 

10.INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All artwork and content remain the property of Kinarthouse.

Unauthorised use or reproduction is prohibited.

You agree not to misuse the website or attempt unauthorised access.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
